Privacy Policy

Last updated: 3 July 2026

This policy explains what we do with your information when you join the Graft waitlist. We keep it deliberately small: we collect the minimum, we don't sell it, and you can have it deleted at any time.

Who we are

Graft is a GCSE revision tool operated by Off The Hook Solutions LLC ("we", "us"). We are the data controller for the information described here. To contact us about your data, email privacy@graftstudy.com.

What we collect

We record that you gave consent, and when, so we can demonstrate compliance.

Why we collect it (legal basis)

We process your email on the basis of your consent (UK/EU GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), which you give by ticking the box on the form. We use it only to:

What we don't do

We do not sell or rent your data, share it for third-party marketing, or run advertising or tracking cookies on this site.

Where it's stored

Your details are stored using Cloudflare (website hosting and storage) and, for email, Proton. These providers process data under appropriate safeguards. Data may be processed within the UK, EU, or other countries under standard data-protection terms.

How long we keep it

We keep your email until Graft launches to you and you've had the chance to create an account, or until you ask us to remove it — whichever comes first. If the waitlist is wound down, we delete it.

Your rights

Under UK/EU GDPR you can, at any time, ask us to: give you a copy of your data; correct it; delete it; or withdraw your consent (this is as easy as giving it). To do any of these, email privacy@graftstudy.com and we'll action it. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Changes

If we change this policy we'll update the date above. Because Graft is early and built by a student (hi — I'm Saul), things evolve; we'll keep this honest as they do.
